Both people hold hands and slowly lower down into a squat. You will need to pull evenly against your teammate…BUT believe me, your quads will feel it. PROMISE! Hold this position for a count of 30 (even though the video says 10…) then complete 30 mt climbers and return to the partner hand hold squat position.
