Heart to Heart Challenge Day #20

We are stepping or JUMPING up the intensity in this partner challenge! One person will hold a plank on forearms and toes, while the other person does a step and squat OR a squat jump over them. Make sure to do your step or your jump over the ankles of your friend, as it is the lowest area. Complete 10 jumps before switching. Do this for 4 minutes! Have fun! Remember you can always place your knees on the ground for your plank.
