Heart to Heart Challenge Day #22

In this challenge you get to work your lower body and your upper body with lunges and I Y Ts. One person will complete reverse lunges OR switch lunge jumps while the other partner is laying face down on the ground doing I Y Ts. To complete these stretch your arms straight out in front of you and place your thumbs up to the sky. Lift your arms off the ground, then back down. Then move your arms to a Y position, and lift them up and down. Then move your arms to a T position and lift them up and down. Once the lunger has completed as many lunges as needed both people switch. Complete this for 4 minutes.
