Heart to Heart Challenge Day #24

In this challenge one person holds a plank on hands and toes, but crosses their opposite knee towards their opposite wrist. This will work the stability in your shoulders, but also your obliques AND flexibility in your hips. Meanwhile…your partner is doing a reverse lunge to balance, OR taking the lunge to a skip to make it more challenging. The lunger completed 5 on each leg before switching to the plank with knee cross. Keep going for 4 minutes! Enjoy!
