Heart to Heart Challenge Day #25

In this challenge you will work your balance and reaction. Fold your long sleeved shirt into a little ball, OR use a ball if you have one nearby. Stand on one foot at a distance of your liking. The farther away the harder you need to throw, so find a good distance that allows you to throw the object back as quick as you can to your partner. Try to balance on your foot without hoping around or placing your lifted foot on the ground. (although it is bound to happen) After you complete 10 passes you will then do 10 wide narrow squats. You will jump the feet wide and touch the ground and then jump to a standing position. Complete 10 and then go back to the balance toss. Complete these two exercises for a total of 4 minutes.
