Heart to Heart Challenge Day #27

For this challenge you will place your long sleeved shirts length-wise on the ground with about 4-6ft. in between them. One person will run forward to the edge of the first shirt and then backpedal to where they started, and then run all the way to the end of the second shirt and back to where they started. They will do this twice while their partner is doing plank limb lifts. To do plank limb lifts you will be on hands and toes (or hands and knees) and lift one leg off the ground, place it down. Then lift the next leg off the ground, then back down. Do this with each arm as well. If you can try and lift opposite arm and leg off the ground at the same time! Good luck! Do this for 4 minutes.
