Heart to Heart Challenge Day #1

Welcome to the Challenge! In Day 1 of your TEAM Fitness challenge, one person completes 15 squats while the other person holds a plank. See how many rounds you can complete in 4 minutes. The plank can be completed on your knees, and squats can be completed at a slower pace. Planks are great for core strength, and squats are a super total body movement. Extra credit for holding young children while squatting!
