Heart to Heart Challenge Day #13

In Day #13 you will work fast lateral (side to side) movement which is great for sports where there are quick changes in direction. Place the two sweatshirts length wise on the ground, or simply mark your shuffle distance with two objects. Make sure it is at least 8-10ft apart. From here squat down low and suffle to one end of the shirts. Use your legs to get lower and tap the ground before shuffling to the other side. Complete 10 shuffles before changing to squats. See how many rounds you and your partner can complete in 4 minutes.
