Heart to Heart Challenge Day #14

Both of these Day #14 exercises are GREAT for posture. The superman arm glides will strengthen your entire back and are excellent to do if you sit all day long, and the glute bridge will work your core and your glutes which is ALSO important if you sit all day long! The person doing the arm glides will complete 10 before switching to glute bridge. Switch back and forth for a total of 4 minutes.
