Hydration Rocks!

Whenever I forget to water my poor plant (one and only mind you…) it serves as a visual reminder as to what our bodies must look like from the insides when we forget to drink water. LOOK AT MR. PLANT! The plant is droopy, sad and doesn’t want to do much.

Do you ever feel lethargic mid-day? Do you have headaches? Muscle cramps, or achy joints? Do you have trouble sleeping at night? Although dehydration might not be the cause, it certainly could be! It is recommended to drink half your body weight in fluid ounces each day. If you are 150lbs that would be 75 oz. As the weather heats up, this is a great training tip to continue to achieve your best self from the inside out! So hydrate up, and don’t let your body be a droopy plant!
