Mango Oatmeal Breakfast Bake

Need a new idea for breakfast? This isn’t your Mama’s oatmeal!

Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 eggs
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup toasted nuts
2 twasp baking powder
2 ripe mangos, chopped

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350. Coat a pie plate with spray oil or shortening.
In a large bowl mix together all ingredients, making sure to combine well. Allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Move batter into prepared pie plate and bake in ovenf for about 40 minutes.
Cut into wedges when cool and serve with fruit and your morning coffee or wrap in foil and throw in your pack on the go.
