Climber Quickies! 20 Minute Fitness Workouts
The Climber Quickie is a once per month small group personal training program during which climbers receive 3 concise workouts to repeat on their own throughout the next month. The monthly session will review the movements found in each of the 3 workouts and aim to personalize the workouts to each individual attending as best possible. The Climber Quickie is a no nonsense workout to be completed at the beginning or end of your climbing session. The movements picked for each quickie will increase mobility, strength, balance and power by training the body in all three planes of movement in a variety of ways.
Climber Quickies utilize minimal equipment so they can be completed quickly and efficiently. Equipment used will be the TRX, Bosu trainer, medicine balls, free weights, kettlebells and body weight.
