Come learn and master correct form of the swing and the turkish get up

Please join PTF Trainer and Strong First Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor Rhi Clark for an in depth look at utilizing the kettlebell as a training tool. The kettlebell swing AND the turkish get-up will be the movements broken down and perfected during this kettlebell workshop.
Are you intimidated by the kettlebell? Frustrated that you feel that it hurts you instead of helps you? Do you have questions about your current technique or form on these two exercises? If you answered YES to any of these questions then this clinic is for you. Please come ready to listen to a bit of kettlebell history, ready to learn a proper kettlebell warm-up and THEN ready to learn more about your body and the way it moves.
This is not a “workout” BUT you most likely will sweat, so please come in comfortable clothes that allow for ample movement of your body.
