Learn to Run 12 Week 5K Training Program

Have you always wanted to be a runner, but didn’t know how to start? Have you started to run, but injury or boredom took over? The Learn to Run 5k Training Program is FOR YOU!
Trainer Bob will coach you through the process of becoming a runner. The program will be based on a walk/run plan. Over the 12 weeks you will progress from walking to running through a safe and effective approach. You will learn proper form, strengthening, stretching, and injury prevention… and have FUN doing it.
This program begins January 24th and
ends with the Race for the Roses Sunday, April 17th
Coached groups runs meet at PTF Sundays at 8-9am
