Smoothies!

A green smoothie that you actually want to drink?  Try this version with Mango and Lime!

Mango Lime Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 cups stemmed and chopped collard greens, spinach, or kale
1 1/2 cups mango, frozen (The freezer section of your supermarket is your best friend!)
1 cup green grapes, frozen
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Add all ingredients to your blender- water first- then, starting on the lowest setting increase speed to high and blend for one minute.
Enjoy your DELICIOUS Green Smoothie!

PB and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 banana
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Low-Fat yogurt
1/2 cup Almond Milk (You can make your own almond milk by blending 3 cups water, 1 cup raw almonds (soaked overnight), and sugar or sweetener to taste)
A large handful of Ice cubes

Directions:
Add all ingredients to your blender then, starting on the lowest setting increase speed to high and blend for one minute.
Enjoy your Awesome PB Smoothie with a friend, this makes two servings!
