TEAM Fitness Heart to Heart Challenge Day #21

In this challenge one person completes side plank while the other person is doing a squat and toe tap. In the squat and toe tap be sure to get low and move slightly to the side as you stand and squeeze your glutes as you tap your foot to the side. You can think of this as a bit of a “bob and weave.” Remember you can always place your knee on the ground for side plank as well.
