Kevin is both a teacher and a student of the mind and body; constantly learning and evolving his practice to reflect the latest in exercise and his own intuitive nature. He received an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and has been personal training since 2012. Kevin brings a fresh approach to the world of personal training. Through proper movement and corrective exercise, Kevin cultivates awareness in our minds and body, leading to a freeing of our bodies from their physical constraints. It is his passion to help you move functionally in life, pain free. Drawing from a variety of practices (yoga, surfing, climbing, athletics, martial arts), Kevin aims to help you find a passion in your own movements that will result in an active and healthy lifestyle that you’ll feel endeared to maintain.
