Whether you’re a fitness newbie or seasoned athlete, his mission is to train you with the proper movement patterns and intensity you need for optimum results.

Scott’s specialties include:
 Small-group training focused on Strength, Power, Agility, Core stability, and Endurance (SPACE Camp)
 Coaching for recreational cyclists
 Cross training for competitive cyclists, runners, and junior ice skaters
